New to blogging

I am creating this blog as part of my efforts to allow people opportunities to get to know me better and understand my platform and reasons for running for city council. I have many topics that I will write about, ranging from major issues that significantly impact each citizen to small issues that make no sense. It is my intention to discuss issues that are pertinent to our city and use this blog to communicate up-coming events. I am energized and look forward to this election season.
